2026 COACH REGISTRATION

Thank you for volunteering with Fish Creek Little League!!!

This page provides you with basic instructions regarding the coaches’ registration process and required documents.

FISH CREEK LITTLE LEAGUE IS NOW USING CALGARY POLICE FOR THE POLICE INFORMATION CHECKS – PLEASE REGISTER EARLY AS THE TURNAROUND TIME TO GET RESULTS BACK CAN TAKE BETWEEN 4-6 WEEKS

Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and On-Field Parent Helpers are required to complete the following:

1. Online Coaches Registration through TeamSnap
2. Police Information Check (PIC)
3. Child Abuse Prevention Training
4. Little League Diamond Leader Training

 

1. Online Coaches’ Registration

• Please CLICK HERE to complete the TeamSnap Online 2026 Coaches' Registration
  • This step must be completed yearly.

 

2. New Police Information Check (PIC)

• An email will be sent within a week of completion of the TeamSnap 2026 Coach Registration with instructions on how to complete this step.
  • **Please do NOT apply for this - someone will contact you with instructions and a voucher for such.  There will be no cost to the Coach.  If a Coach chooses to pay, those PIC costs are NOT reimburseable and will remain the responsiblity of the Coach.**
    • PICS are valid for 2 years.  If you have a 2025 PIC please forward it to safety@fcll.ca to avoid having to complete this step.

 

3. Child Abuse Prevention Training

• All volunteers must complete this training online through USA Baseball.
  • Little League "Abuse Awareness" link is https://www.littleleague.org/player-safety/child-protection-program/safesport-resources-parents/. Choose the "Abuse Awareness Training" link.  Click on "Create Account" if you don't have a Little League Training account.
    • **Proof of completion must be sent to safety@fcll.ca.**
      • • This step must be completed yearly.

 

4. Little League Diamond Leader Training

• All volunteers must complete this training online.
  • The link for such is:  https://www.littleleague.org/university/articles/diamond-leader-training-program/. Click on "Create Account" if you don't have a Little League Training account.
    • **Proof of completion must be sent to safety@fcll.ca.**
      • This step only needs to be completed once.
