What is the FCLL Development Program?

• The Development Program is being offered to all eligible Fish Creek Little League Minors, Majors and Teenage aged players for the upcoming 2025 season and is independent of the Spring House League and Summer Ball seasons.
  • Minors, Majors & Teenage aged players are those that are Baseball Ages 8 to 16.
• Players MUST be registered for the 2025 Spring House League Season to participate in this program.
• The program will begin March 1st, 2025, and will take place each Saturday and Sunday until April 13th, 2025.
  • 14 development sessions in total. 
• Focus of sessions will be fundamentals of play; fielding, batting, pitching and is designed to allow Fish Creek athletes additional opportunities to improve their skills 

 

How do I determine my child's Baseball Age?

• The league age determination date is the age a player has attained as of a specific date (August 31st of the current year), for the purpose of placing the player in a particular Division. Refer to the chart below:

 

What is the cost of the FCLL Development Program?

• Cost - $250/ Player for the 14 sessions  
  • Each player will receive a Hat, Shirt, and Shorts

How long is the Program?

• The program will begin March 1st, 2025, and will take place each Saturday and Sunday until April 13th, 2025.
  • 14 development sessions in total. 

 

What times will the Sessions be?

• Saturday Afternoons (2:00pm-5:00pm)
• Sunday Mornings (8:00am-11:00am)
  • A couple of sessions have a slightly different time and final schedules will be loaded into TeamSnap.

• This program is volunteer coaching led, if interested in assisting with this program please let the VP Development know at: vpdevelopment@fcll.ca.  
  • **Please note that those interested in Coaching will need to complete the 2025 Coach Registration for such.**
