SAFETY

GAME CANCELLATION POLICY

Fish Creek Little League strives to notify everyone by email should the weather be too rainy, wet or too cold to play ball on a given day.

We will send the email out by approximately 4:00pm on a day when the weather is too poor to play, effectively closing all diamonds in the Fish Creek District that day.

We do not plan to send emails earlier than this 4:00pm time, as weather systems change rapidly, and the weather can often improve by game time at 6:00pm the same day.

If this email is not distributed by 4:00pm, then everyone should plan to go to the diamond for their respective games, and it then becomes up to the Managers and Umpires to decide if the game is safe and appropriate to play.

FCLL SAFETY MANUAL

Fish Creek Little League is committed to maintaining a safe and fun environment for all persons involved.  This includes all players, officials, spectators and volunteers.

For this reason, we have created a Safety Manual.  The Safety Manual is to create awareness, through education and information of the opportunities to provide a safer environment for kids and all participants of Little League Alberta District 8 - Fish Creek Little League.  Here is a copy of such:
