Individual and Team Pictures will take place on May 6th and 7th this year.

With your paid registration an individual and team photo are included with your fees (this is called a Memory Mate).  You do not need to order this, it is automatically ordered for each Player.

The Memory Mate is a 5×7 individual and 5×7 team photo in a mount with a roster label in order of appearance, regardless of attendance on picture day.

Pictures will take place at Park96 (14660 Parkland Blvd SE).

**Managers please update your schedule with this information.**

There will be a meeting spot outside the main door of the building, look for the signage for such.  Please have your team meet in this spot.  I will be there with a clipboard organizing teams and leading them to the appropriate rooms for pictures.

**Teams need to arrive NO LATER than 20 minutes PRIOR to their time slot (in their uniform and ready for such).  We have 91 Teams this year, therefore it is crucial we adhere to the schedule provided.  Players that arrive late will need to attend a “Missed Photo Opportunity” at the end of the day on the 6th or 7th – we will not wait for such.**

Individual pictures will be with gloves.  NO BATS WILL ALLOWED IN/ACCEPTED FOR PICTURES.  FCLL will also not be responsible for any lost or stolen items, so please sure you have all your belongings with you when you are done.

**The last day to order extra prints (with no shipping charge) will be May 12th.  Any order after this date will be subject to a $10 shipping fee.**

There are a few “Missed Photos Opportunity” times at the end of the day on the 6th and 7th for those that can’t attend their scheduled team photo time – please see the attached schedules for more details on this.

If you are unable to attend the weekend team scheduled time or the “Missed Photo Opportunity” on the 6th or 7th, Kelly Jennings (our amazing photographer) will have availability on May 3rd by appointment only at his studio located in West Springs. Please email Kelly (kelly@kjennings.com) to book your appointment.  Please note that there is a $20 fee to have this done.  These photos will include the individual photo as well as the photo to be photoshopped into the team photo.
